Alexa's Power Protein Smoothie

Alexa’s Power Smoothie (EF, DF, GF, V, P)

A perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack, this plant based smoothie uses pea protein powder and antioxidants to fuel the day!



  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder of choice (My favorite is SunWarrior Vanilla)
  • 1 cup of frozen berries (My favorite is Wyman’s Brand w/ blueberries, strawberries, cherries and kale)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • roughly 2 cups of water (depending on how thick or thin you prefer your smoothie)


Blend all ingredients together adding more water if needed. If the frozen berry mix you choose does not have kale like my favorite does, I recommend adding additional greens like spinach or kale (fresh or frozen).

You also have the option of adding in your powdered supplements to make this smoothie even more of a powerhouse. 

I like to add natural fiber powder and Maca to my blend each morning for added energy and digestion.
